4. Paid Digital Products

Social Wanted may offer paid digital products, including premium templates, carousel templates, Canva templates, design resources, guides, downloadable files, and other digital products.

When you purchase a Social Wanted digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product according to these Terms and any additional license terms provided with the product.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying template, design, source files, intellectual property, or other proprietary materials to you.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, your purchase gives you the right to use the resource—not to resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the resource itself.

5. Permitted Commercial Use

Unless a particular product states otherwise, Social Wanted templates may be used to create finished content for:

6. Prohibited Use of Templates and Resources

You may not, without written permission from Social Wanted:

  • Resell Social Wanted templates or resources;

  • Redistribute or sublicense our templates;

  • Share paid download links publicly;

  • Upload our templates to another marketplace;

  • Give copies of paid resources to people who did not obtain a valid license;

  • Make our templates available through a membership, subscription, resource library, or similar service;

  • Claim our original templates or designs as your own;

  • Remove ownership or copyright notices where applicable;

  • Otherwise exploit the original resource itself as a product.

You may, however, use a customized version of a template to create finished work for yourself or your clients, subject to any third-party licensing restrictions that may apply.

7. Canva Templates

Some Social Wanted products may be provided through Canva or may require a Canva account to access or edit.

Canva is an independent third-party platform and is not owned or operated by Social Wanted.

Your use of Canva, including any Canva content, elements, images, graphics, fonts, or other assets, is subject to Canva’s applicable Terms of Use and licensing requirements.

Social Wanted does not claim ownership of Canva-owned or third-party content contained within a Canva template.

Accordingly:

  • You are responsible for maintaining your own Canva account;

  • You are responsible for complying with Canva’s applicable terms and licenses;

  • Social Wanted does not grant rights beyond those permitted by the applicable third-party license;

  • Canva may modify, replace, restrict, or remove content from its platform; and

  • Social Wanted cannot guarantee that every Canva element used in a template will remain available indefinitely.

If you use Canva content independently of a Social Wanted template, you are responsible for determining whether your intended use is permitted under the applicable Canva license.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Social Wanted Website, branding, original templates, graphics, written materials, layouts, guides, documentation, and other original materials created by Social Wanted are owned by or licensed to Social Wanted and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Social Wanted’s intellectual property to you.

You retain ownership of original content that you independently create using our resources, subject to any intellectual property or licensing rights belonging to Social Wanted or third parties.

11. Purchases and Payments
