7. Refund Policy

We offer no refund or returns for our social media management services, which is offered digitally. If you have any questions about our policy, please send an email to support@socialwanted.com

In the event that a downloaded product does not function as expected, a refund may be issued. Proof of the defect is required. 

A customer is eligible for a full reimbursement within 14-calendar days of the purchase. All refunds are processed into original payment method. Refund process might take 5-7 business days to reflect on the bank statement.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
